It features user roles (system administrator, resource administrator, resource user), a robust database schema (User, Resource-Administrator, System-Administrator, Style, Module tables), and a front-end/back-end architecture with intuitive user interfaces for presentation and efficient management.

Virtual models of cheongsam modules are constructed using CLO3D software, based on standard sizing systems and traditional pattern-making methods. This includes creating 3D models for basic modules like Collar and Sleeve, and a separate Button module library, laying the foundation for interactive 3D display functions within the digital resource library.

The system's page design effectiveness and modular interactive presentation are evaluated through questionnaire surveys. Results show high subjective user satisfaction, with mean scores exceeding 4.0 (on a 5-point Likert scale) for both professional and non-professional users, highlighting its value in promoting cultural heritage and learning.
