Welcome to our AI Services. By using them, you agree to our Terms of Service (TOS). When you incorporate our chatbots into your offerings, let your customers know the chatbots’ limitations, and share these TOS. Everyone who uses our services—clients, partners, providers, and visitors—must abide by these TOS.
Eligibility
We offer services worldwide. If you’re 18 or over—or at least 13 with a guardian’s approval—you can use our services. When you integrate our services for your customers, ensure they are eligible and authorized to use them. If your clients violate these TOS, you are responsible, including in the event of misuse by your customers.
User Obligations
Be responsible when using our services. Respect these TOS, laws, and other rules. Avoid inappropriate behavior, spamming, spreading malware, harassment, or indecent use. Keep your account secure. Our chatbots do not provide professional advice. Errors can occur. Do not use our services to share private or sensitive information. Our services are intended for entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon for significant decisions.
Our Services
We provide AI services, which we may modify. Our AI products are prone to errors and should not be relied upon for important decisions. We do not guarantee our services will be without errors or interruptions, aren’t responsible for any damage or loss due to service interruptions or changes, and are not responsible for any harm caused by such issues.
Ownership
We hold all rights to our services, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and other forms of intellectual property. Please respect these rights.
Payment Policy
We work on a subscription basis. You may cancel anytime, but refunds are only offered if specified in the subscription terms. You’re responsible for all incurred fees.
Termination
We can end or change your access to our services for any reason without warning. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Product Integration
Embedding our products may change your website. Make sure to test and maintain the integration.
Privacy Policy
We log, store, use, and analyze the data you provide to us to improve and broaden our services. We may also use this data for marketing purposes.
Dispute Resolution
If there’s a dispute, we will resolve it through binding arbitration. We choose the arbitrator, and class actions and jury trials aren’t allowed. Unless the law says otherwise, you pay all related costs.
TOS Updates
We may change these TOS at any time. We might not inform you. If you continue using our services, you agree to the new TOS.
No Warranties
USE OUR SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE PROVIDE THEM “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” AND WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES.
Limited Liability
WE AREN’T LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT DAMAGES OR LOSSES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. THIS APPLIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
Indemnification
If you use our services, you agree to protect us from any claims or damages resulting from your use of the services, violations of the TOS, third-party rights violations, or any damage your content causes.
Governing Law
These TOS and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions or your state or country of residence.
Force Majeure
We aren’t responsible if we can’t fulfill our obligations due to factors beyond our control.
Entire Agreement
These TOS represent the full agreement between us regarding the services, superseding any prior agreements.
