Modeling Behavioral Intention in Digital Exhibitions: An Integration of UTAUT and Flow Theory

This study proposes an integrated model combining UTAUT and Flow Theory to explain user behavior in digital exhibitions. Analyzing survey data from 213 users, it found that Performance Expectation, Multimodal Interaction, Hedonic Motivation, and Perceived Cultural Value positively influence Behavioral Intention, with Cultural Value being the strongest predictor. The Online-Merge-Offline (OMO) mode enhanced Perceived Cultural Value and Performance Expectancy more effectively than traditional offline experiences. This highlights the dual importance of technological innovation and cultural storytelling for engaging user experiences in digital exhibitions.
