Abstract: Intra-organizational entrepreneurship is known as one of the key strategies to strengthen innovation and achieve sustainable growth in organizations. This concept, by using the internal resources of the organization and encouraging creativity and innovation, paves the way for the development of new products, services, and processes. In this paper, the factors affecting intra-organizational entrepreneurship, the impact of organizational culture, The role of managers, the existing challenges, and the proposed solutions to improve this process in organizations have been discussed. This research has been conducted using a mixed methods including library studies and data analysis collected from previous studies. Using a systematic review of the research literature and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, the role of organizational culture, technology, internal interactions, and managerial challenges in intra-organizational entrepreneurship was evaluated. Also, for more accurate analysis, tables and classification of findings were used have been used to present the results in a comprehensive and structured way. The findings of this research show that a learning-oriented and open organizational culture is one of the most effective factors in fostering internal innovation and entrepreneurship. Organizations that provide a suitable platform for risk acceptance and continuous learning have a greater ability to identify opportunities and adapt to environmental changes. Also, the support of senior managers for innovative ideas and the creation of an environment to encourage creativity plays a vital role in the success of this process. The impact of emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence and big data, on facilitating innovative processes is another key result of the research. These technologies help organizations implement new ideas more quickly and maintain their position in competitive markets. Also, internal interactions and knowledge sharing among employees have been identified as one of the main drivers of in-house innovation. One of the main challenges in intra-organizational entrepreneurship is resistance to change and acceptance of new ideas. This resistance can be reduced by continuous training of employees, creating an an open culture, and strengthening the attitude of risk acceptance. In addition, the lack of financial resources and traditional structures have also been identified as barriers to the implementation of innovative ideas that require careful planning and the provision of appropriate resources. The results of this research show that intra-organizational entrepreneurship, as a multidimensional process, requires attention to various factors such as organizational culture, the role of managers, internal interactions, technology, and existing challenges. By focusing on these factors and implementing the proposed solutions, organizations can achieve sustainable growth, increase productivity, and maintain their competitive advantage . The research also emphasizes that creating a culture of learning and risk acceptance plays an important role in fostering domestic innovation and entrepreneurship. The findings of this research can help managers and policymakers of organizations to improve the process of intra-organizational entrepreneurship by improving organizational culture, supporting emerging technologies, and reducing resistance to change. This paper provides practical solutions to promote this process that can help knowledge-based companies and other organizations in dynamic environments.
